We strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our students. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.
1. Class Bookings & Course Fees

Payments made for classes, term-based courses, or workshops are non-refundable once the course has started.

If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the course or class begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical emergencies, supported by documentation).
2. Missed Classes

Missed classes due to personal reasons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

In some cases, subject to availability, we may allow you to attend a makeup class within the same term.
3. Cancellation by Navya School of Dance Ltd

If a class or course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher illness, venue issues), a full refund or credit will be offered.
4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
5. Digital Products (if applicable)

Digital downloads, online content, or recorded classes are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
6. Payment Disputes
