Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a high-quality experience for all our students. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before making any purchases or bookings.

1. Class Bookings & Course Fees

  • Payments made for classes, term-based courses, or workshops are non-refundable once the course has started.

  • If you cancel your booking at least 7 days before the course or class begins, you are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical emergencies, supported by documentation).

2. Missed Classes

  • Missed classes due to personal reasons are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • In some cases, subject to availability, we may allow you to attend a makeup class within the same term.

3. Cancellation by Navya School of Dance Ltd

  • If a class or course is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., teacher illness, venue issues), a full refund or credit will be offered.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Digital Products (if applicable)

  • Digital downloads, online content, or recorded classes are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

6. Payment Disputes

  • If you believe there was an error with your payment or refund, please contact us at info@navyaschoolofdance.co.uk within 14 days of the transaction.
